AMY—She keeps us smiling!
Your name, city, state and maybe a little bit about the places you have lived and what they gave to your journey?
Hi! My name is Amy and I live in Waterbury, VT. I grew up in MA, traveling to Maine and NH with my family to pursue every opportunity to ski and be at the beach. In 2006, I moved to East Burke, Vermont, where I fell in love with the Kingdom. I biked and skied until my heart was full, then did it again the next day. In 2019, I moved to Waterbury, a town that has quickly become home.

If you have a funny story/memory of how we met or some adventure that we went on that comes to mind, please share!
I am not sure how we met. I am pretty sure you wandered into my yard in East Burke with a group of friends and then we rode bikes until we couldn't move. Afterwards, we had a dinner party under the moonlight, so we could ride again the next day. We have danced, rode, skied, laughed, biked, watched sunsets together over the years.
What are your hobbies and sports?
Mountain biking, skiing, hiking, cooking, reading. paddle boarding, hosting brunch and dinner parties.

What would your ideal day look like?
Breakfast and coffee on the porch, mountain bike ride, and then a dinner party on the porch!
If you could change one thing about the world for the better, what would it be?
Spread joy! Laugh, smile, be happy, enjoy!
Tell me about a time when you learned a hard lesson and what you took away from it?
I am not ready to answer this question on social media. I am happy to talk about it off social media. What I can say is: what brings you joy? If it doesn't bring you joy, change it!! Live for joy.

Tell me about a time you had success and what you learned from it?
Success? Again, I haven't shared a lot about my personal life online but I am happy to share it in person. I feel very successful in the ability to refresh my life. I take the good and the bad in stride. My new life is all about the good while being open about the bad or unfortunate. Taking what I loved about my past and making it the best about the future.
How were you introduced to ABD?
I was given a pair of earrings by you and asked for feedback. To this day, your earrings are my favorite. The first pair I ever owned are still my favorite.

How do you relate to your ABD jewelry?
ABD jewelry, it's a lifestyle. I can ride my bike then wear a dress, all while wearing earrings to match.
